You pay a deposit, not the lot
Booking takes a deposit that holds your slot and covers materials. The balance is only charged once the work is finished and you have signed it off.
The price is confirmed on site
If the technician finds the damage is worse than the photos showed, they tell you before touching the car. You approve the new number or cancel with the deposit refunded.
Twelve months on workmanship
Finish defects, paint adhesion or a repair that fails under normal use are put right at no cost. The warranty travels with the vehicle, not the owner.

Every technician in the network is licence-checked, insured and reviewed on completed jobs before they get assigned more work.

No. Plenty of customers leave the keys and go to work. We need access to the vehicle, roughly a parking space and a half of clear room around it, and in most cases a standard outdoor power outlet.
Paint work needs a dry, reasonably still environment. Our mobile units carry portable enclosures for most conditions, but if the weather makes a quality finish impossible we will call you and move the appointment at no cost.
Usually, on the repair types we specialise in. There is no shop floor time, no courtesy car and no multi-day queue built into the price. We are not a fit for structural or collision work, and we will tell you plainly when a job belongs in a full shop.
Not currently. We handle retail repairs paid directly by the vehicle owner. Many customers use us precisely because the repair costs less than their deductible and never touches their policy.
Twelve months on workmanship, covering finish defects, paint adhesion and any repair that fails under normal use. It does not cover new damage, or wear on a panel we did not repair.
