The process

Three photos, a price, and a technician in your driveway.

The entire process, start to finish, with the parts most people ask about spelled out. Nothing here takes more than a few minutes of your time.

01

Snap three photos

~90 seconds

Wide shot, close shot, angled shot. Your phone camera opens straight from the form with guides showing exactly what to capture.

The form opens your camera directly with a guide for each shot, so you are not guessing what we need. Photos compress on your phone before upload, which means a weak signal does not stop you finishing.

02

Get a real price range

under 1 hour

A technician reviews your photos and releases a priced quote in under 1 hour. No showroom visit, no waiting on a callback that never comes.

A technician looks at every set of photos personally. Nothing is auto-released on an algorithm alone, which is why the range you receive is one we will stand behind on site. Quotes hold for seven days.

03

Book your slot

2 minutes

Pick a date and time that works. Pay a deposit online to lock it in. The balance is only charged once the work is signed off.

The deposit holds your slot and covers materials ordered for your specific colour and panel. It is refundable in full if the on-site price changes and you decide not to go ahead.

04

We come to you

Same week

A vetted local technician arrives at your home or office with a fully equipped mobile unit and finishes the repair in your driveway.

Most jobs need a parking space and a half of clear room and a standard outdoor outlet. You do not need to be present, and plenty of customers leave the keys and go to work.

Getting it right first time

What makes a good damage photo

The accuracy of your quote depends almost entirely on these three shots. Sixty seconds of care here saves a revised price on the day.

Wide shot

Stand back far enough to get the whole panel and the panels either side of it in frame.

A close crop with no surrounding panel. We cannot judge how far a repair needs to blend.

Close shot

Fill the frame with the damage itself, holding the phone square to the surface.

Shooting at a steep angle, which flattens dents and hides depth.

Angled shot

Crouch and shoot along the panel so light rakes across the damage and shows its depth.

Direct sun or a flash straight on. Both wash out exactly what we need to see.

The awkward questions

What happens if something goes differently

The damage is worse than the photos showed

The technician stops before starting, shows you what they found and gives you a revised price. You approve it or cancel, and cancelling refunds the deposit in full.

It rains on the day

Paint work needs dry, still conditions. Our units carry portable enclosures for most weather, but if a quality finish is not possible we move the appointment at no cost.

You are not happy with the finish

Tell the technician before they leave. If it is not right we come back and put it right. The twelve-month workmanship warranty covers it after that too.

The job belongs in a full body shop

We will tell you straight after reviewing your photos and you pay nothing. Structural, frame and collision work is outside what mobile repair can do properly.

Mobile vs body shop

What you actually give up by not driving to a shop.

For the repair types we handle, almost nothing. Here is the honest version.

Where a shop wins: frame and structural damage, full resprays, anything needing a paint booth or a lift. We do not compete for that work and we will say so when your photos show it.

Where the risk sits

On us, mostly.

You are handing a stranger your car on the strength of three photos. Here is exactly what protects you if it does not go to plan.

  • You pay a deposit, not the lot

Booking takes a deposit that holds your slot and covers materials. The balance is only charged once the work is finished and you have signed it off.

  • The price is confirmed on site

If the technician finds the damage is worse than the photos showed, they tell you before touching the car. You approve the new number or cancel with the deposit refunded.

  • Twelve months on workmanship

Finish defects, paint adhesion or a repair that fails under normal use are put right at no cost. The warranty travels with the vehicle, not the owner.

  • Vetted technicians only

Every technician in the network is licence-checked, insured and reviewed on completed jobs before they get assigned more work.

For the damage types we handle, photo estimates land within the quoted range on the large majority of jobs. Your quote is always a range rather than a single number, and the technician confirms the final price on site before any work starts. If the damage turns out to be worse than the photos showed, you approve the revised price or walk away with your deposit refunded.

No. Plenty of customers leave the keys and go to work. We need access to the vehicle, roughly a parking space and a half of clear room around it, and in most cases a standard outdoor power outlet.

Paint work needs a dry, reasonably still environment. Our mobile units carry portable enclosures for most conditions, but if the weather makes a quality finish impossible we will call you and move the appointment at no cost.

Usually, on the repair types we specialise in. There is no shop floor time, no courtesy car and no multi-day queue built into the price. We are not a fit for structural or collision work, and we will tell you plainly when a job belongs in a full shop.

Not currently. We handle retail repairs paid directly by the vehicle owner. Many customers use us precisely because the repair costs less than their deductible and never touches their policy.

Twelve months on workmanship, covering finish defects, paint adhesion and any repair that fails under normal use. It does not cover new damage, or wear on a panel we did not repair.

A deposit is taken when you book, which holds your slot and covers materials. The balance is charged after the work is completed and you have approved it.

Stop looking at that dent every morning.

Three photos, a price back under 1 hour, and a technician in your driveway this week. It costs nothing to find out what you are dealing with.
