Privacy Policy

When you request an estimate we collect your name, email address, phone number and ZIP code, details about your vehicle, a description of the damage, and the photographs you upload. If you book a repair we also collect the service address and payment details.

Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our systems. We retain a payment reference, the amount and the status.

Photos are used to price and carry out your repair, and are shared with the technician assigned to the job. Location metadata is removed from every image when it reaches our servers.

We do not publish your photos as marketing material unless you give separate, explicit permission.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how people find and use this site. These set cookies in your browser and record events such as starting an estimate or completing a booking. They do not receive your photos or your payment details.

The technician assigned to your job, our payment processor, and the services that send your confirmation email and SMS. We do not sell personal information.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. Write to hello@crucibleautoworks.com.
