Terms of Service

A quote produced from photographs is an estimate of a price range. The technician confirms the final price on site before beginning work. If the damage differs from what the photographs showed, you will be given a revised price to approve or decline.

Booking requires a deposit which holds your appointment slot and covers materials. The balance is charged after the work is completed and approved.

If you decline a revised on-site price, your deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit may be retained to cover materials already prepared for your vehicle.

You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the vehicle at the address given, including any permission required from a property owner or building management. Work requires roughly a parking space and a half of clear room, and in most cases a standard outdoor power outlet.

If conditions on the day make a quality repair impossible, we will reschedule at no cost.

We carry out cosmetic repairs only. We do not perform structural, frame, safety system or collision repair, and we will decline work that falls outside that scope.

Repairs are performed by vetted independent technicians engaged by Crucible Auto Works. The workmanship warranty is provided by Crucible Auto Works regardless of which technician attended.
